Update 5/29/2020

With the new month comes new availability and a second wave of restrictions being lifted!  Starting June 1st, 2020, our dealership will be returning to normal hours of operation. As always, our staff will be working closely with state and local regulations and following recommendations by the CDC to provide a safe location to conduct business and meet our customers needs.  Our updated hours are listed below:

Sales:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm 
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

 

Update: 5/5/2020

As the first wave of restrictions are being lifted on May 11th, 2020, our full dealership will be re-opening to serve your sales and service needs. We will continue to diligently work to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace following recommended guidelines from the CDC and Kentucky government.  We sincerely appreciate our customers that have helped us keep our doors open during these past few months by continuing to choose the same people they trust year round..

Update: 4/8/2020

Per guidelines set for by the state of Kentucky, our showroom is closed to walk-in traffic however we can still serve your needs by phone or online with curb-side or home delivery. We have also adopted new secure platforms that will enable users to submit the sensitive information relating to vehicle purchasing.

Our Service, Parts, Quicklane and Bodyshop departments are all open and working under reduced hours during this time. We have posted them to the right of this message, and will be working to make sure they stay up to date with any changes. Please feel free to use our Champion Service Scheduler to minimize your time waiting.

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Champion Ford Lincoln Inc. is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

• Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
• Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
• Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
• Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers
• We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.
